SASANE Project
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Synopsis: SASANE’s mission is to end the physical and sexual exploitation of women and children, ensure their legal rights, and empower them to live free and dignified lives. This organization is committed to directly supporting survivors of trafficking and women still employed in the sex industry while ensuring that they receive justice. Through training survivors to become certified paralegals and media professionals, the SASANE Project not only empowers women to gain economic independence and resist abuse, but also helps thousands of other victims achieve justice and assert their rights.
